Hello and welcome to our blog!  I’m so happy that you stopped by and I look forward to your continued support. For our first post I’d like to go over the purpose for this blog and who I am.

My intentions are not just to talk about jewelry, but to connect with you through various topics that make up my lifestyle, and that you might feel you identify with, whether it be through my own fashion style, health, kids, food choices, or where I find inspiration. That being said, don’t expect this to be the typical jewelry store uptight forum with strict guidelines, or formal content. I’d love for us to interact and empower one another; so questions and comments are encouraged and appreciated.

Kaliada is more than just a beautiful line of jewelry. My mission is to empower women to feel beautiful and confident, from inside out. I want to connect with you and hopefully be a source for you. Together we can share information, through the comments, and add value to each other’s lives. This can be your place to come and find relevant information that aligns with our shared lifestyle.

So a little about myself…

I am Kaliada, or Kally as family and friends call me, a Business Management professional and a self-taught jewelry designer. After overcoming breast cancer I decided to give up my full time corporate career as Human Resource Manager, in FujiFilm USA. I believe my breast cancer diagnosis is how God helped me discover my hidden talent for jewelry making and my purpose in life. I took advantage of the extra time I had, from only working part time, to grow spiritually and to embark on the entrepreneurial journey I always dreamed of.
