Return Information

We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and our service, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please see our guidelines below or contact us for help with a refund or exchange.

The policies in this section apply only to merchandise purchased on, or through a Kaliada pop up event. We are unable to process refunds, price adjustments, or accept exchanges for merchandise bought in any retail store or on other websites.

Return/Exchange Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to return all regular priced merchandise for a refund within 10 days of purchase.  Merchandise is eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of merchandise after 14 days. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original sales receipt. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back in any way, the item will not be accepted back. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number in order to process a return or exchange.

  • Please contact Customer Care and an RMA number will be provided.
  • Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an e-mail informing you of whether your return request has been approved.
  • An email approving returns will include the RMA Number, a pre-paid shipping label (if your order qualifies for Free Returns), and return shipping instructions. If you have not received this email in the time stated, please check your Spam folder.
  • Please note that buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the items back to us if the order total was less than $75.00, the eligible order amount to qualify for free returns.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. 
  • You have 7 days after the receipt of your RMA Number to ship your merchandise back to at the address included in the RMA email. All items returned must be in new and unused and with all tags attached  to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order. If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase at checkout.

 Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund or exchanged. All sale/discounted items, purchases from our Semi-Annual Sale, Custom Orders, and items that are part of the Pink Ribbon giving back program are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
