Jewelry Care/Repair Policy

 

Our jewelry carries extremely powerful and positive vibes. It is made using high quality metals such as; 14k Gold filled, Gold Vermeil, 14k Gold Plating, and Sterling Silver.

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.

Repair Policy:

Approved repairs may be provided to merchandise in accordance to the below guidelines:

  • We will repair most jewelry design purchased either through kaliada.com, or a Kaliada Pop up Event.  Please email customerservice@kaliada.com  to request a repair.
  • Less than 6 months after purchase repair is free. If for any reason we are unable to repair,  a store credit will be issued to kaliada.com.
  • More than 6 months is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair some pieces. 
***Kaliada Designs is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.***
Damages caused by failure to follow product’s care instructions, accident, misuse, modification, and attempted repair, ordinary wear and tear may not be subject to repair or consideration for replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repaired goods.
